Customer data stored by Descrybe is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the New York City region.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. DigitalOcean-managed database and object-storage services provide encryption at rest.

An organization owner can add the verified Descrybe connector from Claude’s Connectors Directory. Each member then authenticates with an individual Descrybe account.
